We understand how weight loss programs can be confusing, complex and prone to failure. Our vision is to empower our patients to take charge of their wellness and become the healthiest version possible of themselves. With physician board certification by the American Board of Obesity Medicine and with ongoing participation in the Obesity Medicine Association, we will provide you with a medically sound and safe program through Intensive Behavior Therapy (I.B.T.), nutrition education, exercise and if needed, medication. We can create a wellness program to fit your tendencies, likes and dislikes to help you embrace a healthier lifestyle. We are women, mothers, sisters and daughters, just like you, so we understand your concerns, relate to your needs and want to improve the quality of your life. Our program has been in place since 2018; we're not just a pop up clinic looking to capitalize on the injectable medicines that are currently popular.  Our patients have enhanced their wellness, changed their lifestyles, lost weight and then continue to return for maintenance visits, to help stave off weight regain.

​Please call to schedule your intake appointment for the Wellness program. You will be scheduled for alternating appointments with your nurse practitioner and physician.
